The College Advising Office at La Lumiere works with each student to help find a college or university where they will be challenged, happy, and successful. We want our students to find the best match for them individually, and our goal is to do this with as little stress and pressure on the student as possible. We also aim to help them develop skills such as critical thinking, analytical reading, clear communication, and deliberate decision-making that will serve them in their lives as college students and beyond.
We welcome representatives from college and university campuses throughout the country during both fall and spring semesters. In addition, college advisors serve as an ambassador to college admission offices nationwide through visits and phone calls, thereby promoting an understanding of the value and unique nature of a La Lumiere education.
