Learning Support Services
La Lumiere’s Learning Support Services help students build the academic and personal skills to succeed. Our learning support specialist works with students individually and partners with parents, teachers, and advisors to keep everyone aligned.
Support includes specialized learning sessions in time management, organization, and study skills, plus individualized success plans and accommodation plans that track progress and keep faculty informed. Students also have coordinated access to mental health and counseling resources on campus.
Tutorial
Tutorial is a designated block in every student’s daily schedule — time to meet with teachers one-on-one or in small groups for extra help, review key concepts, and prepare for assessments. Building it into the school day means every student has regular access to academic support, not just those who seek it out.
