Chris Li '19 Wins La Lu Life Grand Prize

Junior Chris Li sure knows how to capture the beauty of campus. His photo of "Judy's Cressless Rivulet" and Lake La Lumiere, below, took him home the grand prize of $200 for the semester's La Lu Life photo competition, in addition to the first place prize for the month of May.

Chris Li is an active member of the arts community at La Lumiere, frequently participating in Fine Arts Fridays and also having earned numerous Scholastic Art awards at the regional and national levels.

La Lumiere art teacher Katie Wall calls Chris "a visionary multi-media artist working in video, photography, and two-dimensional visual art."

We're grateful for Chris's ability to capture so perfectly an aspect of La Lu life that we all love – the magic of this verdant campus that seems to always glow.
