La Lumiere School and its employees hold in trust and confidence all personal information or documentation related to any and all affiliates of the School. La Lumiere School and its employees will not use, disclose, communicate or convey, or allow to be used, disclosed, communicated or conveyed, directly or indirectly, any such information, except as may be necessary in the performance of official duties.

Employees will not discuss, reveal, or divulge in any way proprietary information with or to other employees of La Lumiere School or persons outside the employment of La Lumiere School. Examples of proprietary information include but are not limited to family situations, medical conditions, financial status of students and/or employees, salary levels of employees, academic information, committee discussions, or decisions except as directed by the administration.
